• This function counts all the different Counting locations with the same items together and Create the General Bin with all the values as in the whole practice.

• This function is not for the clients who have a Bin Setup only for the client with a Counting location setup.

Step 4: Consolidate the Different Counting Locations into one General Bin

• Make sure all the Counting Locations has been completed with the counted units
  

Open the Stock module

Click on Corrections

Click on Stock Take

Click on the Multi-batch processing

Choose the correct snapshot

Click on Mark all

• Please make sure that only one snapshot is selected and all the Counting locations for this snapshot are marked.
  

Click on Consolidate

Confirm and click on Yes

The different Counting locations will consolidate into one General Bin
