Stock Management

• This function will be used when you make a mistake with an Item linking to the incorrect Counting Location.
• This function will also be used for items that you're not going to use or buy again in future in your Practice, for example Discontinued items.
  

Removing an Item from a Counting Location

Open the Stock Module from your Navigator

Click on Stock Setup

Choose Multi-Item Bin Linking

Your List of Counting Locations will open

Click on the correct Location you want to remove the Item from

Click on Show Items Linked to Bin in the top left-hand corner

• The top items are the items already linked to this Counting location
• If you are unsure which Counting Location you are locked in, please see at your top right-hand corner, and also the Warehouse will be visible.

If the correct item is on the list shown on the screen, right-click on the item and click on Delete Item.

The item will be removed from the Linking but not from your Main Stock list.

If you want to change the sequence of the items on your Counting Location List, Click and drag the item to the correct place in your list (Up or Down)

NB : You must Save before leaving the screen otherwise you will lose all your changes. If you made a mistake , click on Back before clicking on Save and all the changes will be removed.

Click on Save

Click on Back
