How to Use the Diary Filter

Why Use This Function:

The Diary Filter is a standard filtering tool. This allows Bookings to be displayed according to desired criteria, enabling you to refine the data within the Diary and efficiently identify relevant bookings based on the data you have used to search.

• This user manual will start on the Diary screen.

• Click on the Filter Bookings field to enter the details of the booking you are searching for.

• The desired booking can be searched for using any of the following information:
  • Patient Name
  • Debtor Name
  • Patient ID
  • Debtor ID
  • Patient Contact Number
  • Debtor Contact Number
  • Medical Aid Provider
  • Medical Aid Plan
  • Medical Aid Number

💡Please Note: The more information you enter into the Filter Bookings field, the more accurate and relevant the search results will be. Adding additional details helps refine the search and brings the results closer to the desired outcome.
