Stock Movement Detail Report

Why Use This Function:

The Stock Movement Detail Report gives the Practice a complete and transparent audit trail of every stock item’s activity within a selected time period. This Report not only shows essential details such as opening and closing balances, unit prices, transaction types, running totals, and supplier information, but also provides a clear breakdown per stock item and per warehouse.

By using this Report, you are able to closely monitor how stock is moving, identify discrepancies, detect patterns of usage, and ensure that all transactions are accurately captured. This improves accountability, supports compliance, and helps reduce risks such as loss, theft, or overstocking. In addition, the report enables more informed financial and operational decisions, ensuring that resources are used efficiently while maintaining the right stock levels for smooth day-to-day operations.
