Ordering a meal directly from the bed is a quick, easy, and convenient process that ensures the correct meals are ordered for each Patient, minimising errors and ensuring that dietary needs and restrictions are met efficiently.

• The contents of this user manual will consist of the following information:
• Select a Meal 
• Choose an Option

• This user manual will start on the Case Management screen.

• Click on the Bed Management tab.

• The Bed Management screen will open.

• Click on the Order Meal button on the Patient's Bed for whom you want to order a meal.

Select a Meal

• The Meal Select screen will open.
  

• Select the desired Date, when you are ordering the meal for.

• Click on the Choose a Meal... drop-down menu to select the desired meal.

Choose an Option

• Once a meal has been selected, more options for the meal will become available.

• Click on the Choose an Option... drop-down menu in order to select the various options for your meal selection.

• Extra Comments can be added regarding the meal to notify the kitchen of any alternative information regarding the meal that has been ordered.

• Click on the Save button to order the meal and send it to the Kitchen.

Please Note: Each meal will need to be ordered individually for each meal time. When more options are available for a specific meal time, you are able to order multiple times until all the desired items have been ordered.

• Once all the desired items have been ordered the order will be sent to the Kitchen.
