Advanced Statement
An Advanced Statement is a more focused detailed summary of a Debtors account. The Practice has the opportunity to set up specific Statement Profiles using settings and parameters, which can focus on the particular details the user would like the Patient to see when a Statement is printed for the Debtor/Patient.
Before an Advanced Statement can be generated, Statement Profiles will need to be set up. For more information regarding how to set up Statement Profiles, please refer to the user manual: Debtor Statement Profile List.
- Log in to the GoodX Web App with your GoodX username and password.
- The Diary screen will open.
- Click on the Booking of the Patient, for whom the Advanced Statement will be generated.
- The Diary sidebar will open.
- Scroll down on the Dairy sidebar.
- Click on the drop-up menu on the Download Statement button.
- Click on the Advanced Statement button.
- The Statement Parameters screen will open.

- Click on the Select Profile drop-down menu to pick a Statement profile from the list of profiles which has been previously set up.
Please Note: The profiles on the list are dependent on the profiles which were set up by the Practice. For more information regarding the set-up of Statement Profiles, please refer to the user manual: Debtor Statement Profile List.
- Check all the Parameters of the selected Statement Profile to ensure the correct information will be generated.
- Click on the Email button to send the generated Advanced Statement to the desired recipients via electronic mail.
- Click on the Download button to save the Advanced Statement as a PDF to the user's device.

- Click on the Close button to close the Statement Parameters screen and return to the Diary screen.

- Once the Statement has been downloaded the Statement will look as follows:
