How to Use the History Subpanel

- Medical History is a record of health information about a Patient and his or her close relatives that should be recorded by the Medical Practitioner and will affect the way that the patient is diagnosed and treated.
Please Note: Click on the blue Headers to open the related Manuals.
- Click on the History panel to expand the History of the Patient.
- There are 3 Sub-panels under the History available:
- Allergies: Anything that the patient's body isn't responding well to. The patient might get a rash or throat that is closing when he / she intakes a specific food or medicine.
- General History: The Patient's general medical history, the user will find or complete here information of past illnesses, operations, family illnesses, tests, and results of the patient.
- Vaccinations: Record of all Injections given to a patient to assists in the build-up of antibodies to fight against an illness / disease. The Doctor can also add Vaccinations here.
