Estimate Lists: Appointment Description List
An appointment description list is a list that can be created to explain the appointment and can be linked to the estimate.
- Sign in to the GoodX Desktop using your GoodX username and password.
- From the Navigator Double Click on the MedDebs Module

- You will be directed to the main MedDebs screen

- From the Menu Bar click on Lists

- From the drop-down list, Click on Estimate Lists
- Another drop-down list will open, Click on Appointment Description list

- The Appointment description screen will open that will show the list of the appointment descriptions currently on the system
- You are able to search by typing your search in the Keyword/Code search field
- Click on Find (F5/Enter) button

- Click on the + button to add a new description to the list

- You will be able to add a Short note in the text field
- Type a description in the English Description Field
- Type a description in the Afrikaans Description Field

- Click on the green check button when you are done and satisfied with your item you

- Click on the red cross button if you do not want to save the item

- Select an Item if you want to delete an entry
- Click on the - button to delete an entry from the list

- Confirm whether you want to delete the record
- Click on Ok to confirm or Cancel to cancel the request

- Click on Exit to close the screen and return to the Main MedDebs screen
