GoodX Web Settings

Entity Settings are set per Entity and not per user to customize the program to the specific needs of the Practice. The entity settings will determine how functions are set up and work per entity.

A Practice can now link an Entity to an organisation on Medibase. Medibase prides itself as the largest, most accurate, most complete and most up to date source of healthcare contact information available. The Online Directory is freely available to GoodX clients, for any and all healthcare information needs.

• Click on Entity Settings
• Select Online Profile from the Options 

TAKE NOTE: The Medibase Status will display as 'Unlinked', as there is no entity linked to an Organisation on Medibase yet.

• Online Practice Details - this will be the details of the organisation on the Medibase database

• Click on the Search Medibase button to select an organisation

Medibase prides itself as the largest, most accurate, most complete and most up to date source of healthcare contact information available.

• Search for and select the correct organisation to link, and click on the Select button. You can use the Additional filters according to Speciality (the type of Doctor eg Surgeon or GP), Practice number (if you have the Doctors 7 digit practice number) or within a certain location (where the Doctor is situated).
  

• Double-check that the displayed Online Practice Details are those of the organisation that you wish to link to the Entity and its correct. 
• Name - this is the name of the Doctor
• Legal Name - this is the registered trading name of the Organisation the Doctor works at
• Practice Number - this is the 7 digit practice number of the Doctor
• Speciality - the type of Doctor
• Personal Details - the address, email, website, contact numbers and location of the Doctor

TAKE NOTE: The Medibase Status will display as 'Awaiting Verification', as the email address needs to be verified.

• Click on the Send Verification Link button. This will send a request to Medibase to link the entity to the organisation, and send an email to that organisation's email address with a verification link, if the link was successful. 

• A dialogue will pop up with the email address to which the link was sent. Follow the instructions on this dialogue. 
• Click on OK to close.

• The email will look similar to the example below. Click on the link to verify the email address.

• Once the email is verified, you will see a new URL in your browser with a response - SUCCESS. When done you can close it and open your Good Web page.

• The entity was successfully linked to an organisation on Medibase.

TAKE NOTE: The Medibase Status will display as 'Verified', as the email address was verified and the entity is linked.

When the linking of the entity is done, you can follow Part 2 and link Doctors to a specific person on Medibase.

• Click on Save when done in Settings to save all changes made.
