Easy Events
Why Use This Function:
Easy Events Settings are designed to enhance workflow efficiency by providing quick access to your most frequently used Clinical forms. These settings enable you to configure shortcut buttons on the Clinical screen, allowing direct entry into Clinical Notes with a single click. This reduces the number of steps required during a consultation and saves valuable time.
This feature is particularly beneficial in high-demand clinical environments, where speed and efficiency are critical. By customising your Easy Events, you can ensure that essential tools are always at your fingertips and aligned with your specific workflow and preferences.
💡Please Note: User Entity Settings will always override Entity and Diary Settings for the specific User.

- Easy Event Setup

- Click on the User Entity Settings tab.
- The User Entity Settings tab will open.

- Click on the Easy Events panel.
- The Easy Events panel will expand.

Easy Event Setup
Easy Events will allow you to create shortcuts to the clinical forms on the system. Ticking these events will create a shortcut button on the Clinical Case screen for you to easily access clinical notes.
- Tick the desired Checkboxes.
- Click on Save to save the new Settings.
- Once your desired Easy Events have been set up, they will display on the Clinical screen sidebar as shown below.
