Business requirement:

To view the number of New and Existing Patients, Representatives and Theatre bookings between chosen dates, eg one day or one week etc. The practitioner can see what types of bookings were handled in the practice. Eg it is meaningful to see how many new patients were treated to know if the practice is growing.

• Select Diary Statistics from the drop-down menu
  

• Select the Date Range of the Appointments and whether "All" or just the "Current" Doctor's Information should be displayed
  
• Click on Load data
  

• To view the report in Excel format, click on Excel
  
• Click on Print for a hard copy of the Report
  
• Click on Exit to go out of the screen
