Family Management

Family Management is a feature that enables users or the admin to view documents or load information of each family member, even if it is a divided family where mother and father are divorced.  When the practitioner needs information the user can show the family information to them.  Before this feature is available the setup ought to be done first.

Family Management - Invite a member

To start a new family management account, members can be invited to a specific family name, only the Admin (Account creator) can invite members to their Family account.

Family Management - Setup

Before Family Management can be accessed the setup should be done first. To setup a function or facility is to actually go into the "brain" of the system and tell it that it needs to do a certain function and it must keep this setting/information in order to perform correct.

Feedback

Feedback allows users to ask for help regarding any problems they have encountered on myGC when registering a new account or struggling to log in to their existing account. myGC will send an email or call request with their information to the myGC team for assistance.

First Available Booking

The First Available Booking is the earliest open timeslot with the Practitioner you wish to see. You are able to quickly schedule an appointment at the next available time, ensuring timely access to medical care. By selecting the First Available Booking, you can bypass the need to search through multiple dates and times, streamlining the process of securing an appointment. This is particularly useful for urgent consultations or when you have a flexible schedule and can attend at the earliest opportunity.

Forgot Your Password

Forgot your password allows a user to reset their password if it has been forgotten. The password can be reset by either using the Mobile Number or the Email Address that was used when the user first signed up.
