Saving a Practitioner’s signature allows it to be securely and consistently applied to authorised clinical and administrative documents. When required, the Practitioner is prompted to enter their PIN code for security before the signature is applied, removing the need to manually add a signature each time.
This streamlines workflows by reducing administrative effort while ensuring that all issued records are properly authorised. The stored signature can be used on sick notes, referrals, prescriptions, medical reports, consent forms, and other clinical documents, supporting professional standards, legal compliance, audit requirements, and reducing the risk of unauthorised or inconsistent document signing.
