Task settings are used to customise the options that are available for tasks. A Task is an assignment that is allocated to a specific person, who will need to perform certain actions in order to get a specific job done. Tasks are added to Task lists to prioritise their urgency and to make workflow more efficient. Tasks can be created for users by themselves or tasks can be created for other users to perform.
