Transfer means to take something (Items) from one place/location and move them to another place/location.

Transfer in: Where the item must be, where the item you want to transfer must be, the correct place/location. This location will increase with this transaction.

Transfer out: Where the item is now, where the item you want to transfer is at this moment, the current place/location. This location will decrease with this transaction.
