How to Choose Columns on Report and List Screens
Choosing Columns on Reports and List Screens allows you to select the columns that you would like to see on the specific Report or List screen. This helps only to see the information that is relevant to you and that you need/want to see.
Please Note: This feature is available on all Report and List screens on GoodX Web.

- For the purpose of this user manual, we will start this user manual on the Debtor screen.
- Click on the Ellipse (...) button next to the Search Debtor by *File No., Account, Name, Surname, ID, Mobile or MA Scheme/No. field.
- The Debtor List screen will open.
- Click on the Choose Columns button.
- The Choose Columns screen will open.
- An explanation will be given for all the sections and options on the Choose Columns screen:
Available Fields
All columns that are available for the specific screen that can be selected, for the purpose of filtering the screen or generating a Report. Each column represents a specific field, indicating the source of where the information originated.
Please Note: The contents of the Available Field will only be relevant to the screen that you are currently on.
Visible Columns
All the columns that are currently visible on the Report/List screen that you are on.
Options
Options are available to customise the columns to your preference.
Add
- Click on the desired field of the column that you would to see on the Report/List screen.
- Click on the Add button to add the selected field to the Visible Columns section which will create a new column for that specific field.
- The desired field will be added to the Visible Columns section.
Remove
- Click on the desired field that you want to remove from the Visible Columns section this will remove the column from the screen.
- Click on the Remove button to remove the selected field.
Remove All
- Click on the Remove All button to remove all the fields that have been added to the Visible Columns section.
Add Custom
- Click on the Add Custom button to add a custom column to the screen.
Edit Custom
- Click on the Edit Custom button once a Custom column has been created to make changes to that specific column.
- Click on the Ok button to update the screen to the selections that have been made.
Please Note: The selection cannot be saved and you will need to select, add and remove the desired columns every time the List screen is opened as there is currently no way to save the selections that you have made.
