View or Update Patient/Dependant Information

Patient information is the demographic information, for example, Name, Surname, ID Number, Telephone Number etc., of the Patient that will be seen by the Practitioner. The previously added information can be edited from the appointment when the Patient arrives. When a Patient arrives, the user is able to confirm their details. If any of their details have changed, the user is able to update the information.

  • This feature can be accessed from two different Modules.
    • From the Diary Module. 
    • From the Med Debs Module. 

Diary Module 
  • Log in to the GoodX Desktop using your GoodX username and password.
  • From the Navigator, Double Click on the Diary Module.


  • Click on the Debtor List (F9) button on the taskbar, or use the F9 key on the keyboard as a shortcut.



MedDebs Module 

  • From the Navigator, Double Click on the Med Debs Module.

  • The Debtor Manager screen will open. 


  • Click on the Admittance button on the toolbar.


  • The Main Menu Input screen will open.


  • Click on the Search field to type a search criteria to find the Debtor that needs to be edited.


  • The list will shorten with the results.


  • Click on the desired Debtor that the user would like to edit.


  • Click on the Input (F7) tab.

  • The Main Member Input screen of the Debtor that has been chosen will display.


  • Edit and update the needed information.
  • Click on the Save (F2) button or use the F2 key (shortcut) on the keyboard after making the changes or adding the relevant information.

 

    • A Confirm pop-up will appear to ask if the user would like to Post this record. 

      • Click on the Cancel button to close the pop-up, the changes that were made will not save.

      • Click on the Yes button to save and post the information to the system.

  • Click on the Exit button or press the F10 key on the keyboard to close the Main Member Input screen to return to the main Debtor Manager screen.
