Patient Summary Sheet: Opens the Patient Summary Sheet with a summary of the patients' allergies, Medical History and Family History.
Do MailMerge: Allows a Document template to be uploaded. Mail Merge is a feature that incorporates data from both Microsoft Wordand Microsoft Excel and allows multiple documents to be created at once, such as letters, saving time and effort of retyping the same letter over and over.
Patient Documents: Opens the Document Manager screen where patient documents can be uploaded and accessed.
Tasklist: Displays the current Tasklist, only if a task has been linked to the specific patient has been selected eg. Follow-up on outstanding payments, schedule a follow-up appointment, Patient requested a new chronic script etc.
Financial: All the information regarding the patients' financials.
Stat: 1. Outstanding Amounts: All amounts owed by the patient: Total Outstanding, Medical Aid Outstanding, Patient Outstanding.
Stat: 2. Last Transactions: Shows the dates of the last transactions for the patient: Last Turnover Date, Last Cashflow date and Last Journal Date.
Stat: 3. Age(MedAid/Patient): Shows the ages of the outstanding amounts.
Clinical: Shows the information gathered from the patients' clinical history pertaining to Allergies, Chronic Conditions and Chronic Medications the patient is on.
Waiting List: This shows that a patient requires a booking and that they have been put on the Waiting list.
Enable Waiting List: Enables the user to have a waiting list for patients who require a booking, but the diary is full.
The waiting list can be found on the Main Diary Page's Toolbar.
Right Click in the Waiting List for waiting list options, see the user manual for an extensive explanation of how it works: Waiting List.
Click on OK when satisfied with settings to save.
Click on Cancel to close the screen or cancel, this won't save any of the settings.
