Dependants are the other people under the main Members account. The people the Main Member is responsible for. The Dependants is also the patient of the file.

To Add a Dependant:

• From the Debtor Input (F7) screen.

• Click on Patients (F11) icon.

The Patient or Dependant screen will open.

• On the Dependant Input screen click on  to add a dependant.
• Capture the Dependant information.

TAKE NOTE: The main member Surname, Home number, Work number and Cell number will pull through when no dependant has been populated yet. Please change if necessary.

TAKE NOTE: The information of the dependant, as well as the main member, must be captured as displayed on the Medical Aid card. This information will print on the account statements and will be submitted electronically to the Medical Aid.

• Click on the Tick to save the dependant information.
• Repeat the process to add another dependant.
• Click on OK or press F2 to Save the changes.
