Bookings to Discharge: Hospital Patient Administration

If an allergy has been deleted under the Clinical Info tab, it can be viewed under the Deleted Allergies tab

• Right click on the Allergy in the Clinical Info tab and click Delete
• Specify a Reason for deletion
• Click on Done to exit this screen
