Copy Debtors - New Medical Aid is a function to copy the debtor to a new debtor number to capture it under a new medical aid.

This function will be used when the patient switched from medical aids or came back with an IOD.

Open the MedDebs screen

• Click on the Admittance button

• Select Options

• Click on the Copy Debtor - New Medical Aid option

• Tick if you want to copy the debtor notes and mark the old debtor as discontinued and click on OK
