This function allows you to choose their communication preferences, sharing and privacy. You can also manage or change your password and can delete your account.

• This user manual will consist of the following information:
• Password Settings
• Sharing and Privacy
• Beta Tester

• Log In to the myGC App with your myGC username and password.
• The myGC Dashboard will open.

• Click/Tap on the Account button in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen, on the Navigation panel.

• The Account screen will open. 

• Click/Tap on the Settings tab on the Navigation bar. 

• The Settings screen will open.

• An explanation will be given on each of the panels:

Password Settings

Settings related to your myGC Password can be accessed from the Password Settings Panel.

• Click/Tap on the Change Your Password button under the Password Settings panel to change your password.

• The Settings - Change Password screen will open.

• Click/Tap on the Current Password Field to type in your Current Password.

• Click/Tap on the New Password Field to type in your New Password.

• Please Note: Your New Password needs to meet the following requirements: 

• Click/Tap on the Save New Password to save your New Password.

• Click/Tap on the Reset Password to reset your password via SMS or Email.

• The Reset Your Password screen will open. 

• Click/Tap on the Mobile Number field if you would like to reset your password via your Mobile Number. 

• Complete your Mobile Number and Click/Tap on the Send button. 

• The following message will appear, asking you to check your messages for further instructions.

• Click/Tap on the Email Address field if you would like to reset your password via your Email Address.

• Complete your Email Address and Click/Tap on the Send button. 

• The following message will appear, asking you to check your messages for further instructions.

 

Sharing and Privacy

Access information relating to the Sharing and Privacy of using myGC.

• Click/Tap on the View myGC Privacy Policy button.

• The myGC Privacy Policy will open.

• Click/Tap on Close button to close the myGC Privacy Policy screen.

Beta Tester

A Beta Tester tries out new software or products before they are released to help identify and fix any issues or bugs.

• Click/Tap on the Join Beta Tester button.

• Information relating about Joining Beta Testing will appear.

• Click/Tap on the Opt-In button to submit request.

• Click/Tap on the Not Interested button  if you wish not to join beta testing.

• Click/Tap on the Delete My Account button to remove your Account from myGC.

• The Are you sure? Screen will Open.

• Complete the Password field and Click/Tap on the Delete button.
