Why Use This Function:

The Custom Segment lets you choose which items show up on your Navigation Bar, based on what you use most. This keeps your workspace focused by showing only the tools you need and removing unnecessary clutter, helping you work more efficiently without distractions.

• This user manual will start on the Settings screen.

• For more information regarding the Settings screen, please refer to the user manual: How to Navigate the Settings screen.

• Click on the General Settings tab.

• Scroll down to Custom Menu.

💡Please Note: Screens appear in the order they were added. To change the order, simply Click and Drag any menu item to a new position.

• Click on the +Add Screen button.

• A new screen drop-down menu will be included in the list of screens available for the custom Navigation Bar. By default, the Any Diary screen will be selected.
  

• Click on the Any Diary Screen drop-down menu.

• The Any Diary Screen drop-down menu will open.

• Click on the desired option. 

• The selected option will now appear in the drop-down menu, allowing you to open the custom Navigation Bar.  

💡Please Note: Screens will appear in the order they were added, but you can rearrange them at any time.

• Click on the +Add Drop-down button.  

• A drop-down field will be added to the list, where a few screens can be placed under a Custom drop-down menu.
  

• Click on the drop-down field to change the name of the custom menu. 

• Click on the +Add Screen button to add a screen to the new drop-down menu. 

• A New Screen drop-down menu will be added to the list of screens that will be added to the Custom drop-down menu.

💡Please Note: The Any Diary screen will be selected by default.  

• Click on the Any Diary Screen drop-down menu to select the screen you would like to add to the Custom drop-down. 

• Click on the desired option to make a selection. 

• Click on the Delete button to remove the screen that has been added.

• Click on the Selector icon next to the screen that you would like to move to a different position in the list.  

• Click and Drag the screen drop-down menu up or down to adjust the position of the screen in the list.

• Click on the Save button to save the settings that have been set up and return to the main Diary screen.
