GoodX Web Settings

The purpose of the EMR settings is to set up the Rooms and Hospitals of the different practitioners. EMR settings are set per user and can be customized per entity.

• Log in to the GoodX Web App with your username and password.
• From the Diary screen, click once on the Settings button in the top right corner.

• The Settings screen will appear, click once on the Entity Settings tab.

• Click once on the EMR Settings panel.

• The Rooms and Hospital setup will expand.

Rooms:

A room is an allocated space in a hospital where patients stay to recover after an operation.

Rooms can be found in wards that are located in the hospital. These wards provide both communal rooms as well as private rooms where a single bed is allocated.

• A list with all the added rooms will appear.

• The user will be able to Add a new room or Remove a room from the list:
  
• Add: The user can add a new room by clicking on the blue plus sign.

• A line will appear where the user will be able to enter the name of the room. The user can click anywhere on the screen or Tab on their keyboard to continue on the page before saving.

• Remove: If the user wants to remove a room, they can click on the red cross button. The line will be removed immediately.

Hospital: 

A hospital is a health care institution providing patient treatment with specialized medical and nursing staff and medical equipment.

• A list with all the added Hospitals will appear.

• The user will be able to Add a new hospital or Remove a hospital from the list:
  
• Add: The user can add a new hospital by clicking on the blue plus sign.

• A line will appear where the user will be able to enter the name of the Hospital. The user can click anywhere on the screen or Tab on their keyboard to continue on the page before saving.

• Remove: If the user wants to remove a hospital, they can click on the red cross button. The line will be removed immediately.

• Click on the Save button to save the information.

• Click on the Close button to exit without saving.

• Click on the Location linked to entity (service center) on new booking link to see how and where the EMR settings will be used.
