Diary Administration to Communication (Web App)

A list of entities is used when there are companies that are either a buro or a company has more than one Practice number registered, for example, when a company has a General Practitioners Practice and a Dentist's Practice. The list of entities will assist a user in switching between entities quickly. A new entity will need to be created for each practice number, except when a group Practice number exists.

• Log in to the GoodX Web App with your GoodX username and password.
• The Diary screen will open.
  

• Click on the Entity List drop-down menu on the Navigation Bar to access the different entities that are available.

Please Note: The Entities that are available on the drop-down menu will depend on the Practice's set-up. Each Practice number will be set up as an entity.

• The Entity List drop-down menu will expand with a list of Entities that have been set up.

• Click on the Search for Entity... field and start typing the name of the desired Entity. 

 

• As the user types the list will shorten according to the search criteria that the user has entered.

• Click on the desired option to select the Entity to which the user would like to switch to.

• Or Click on the desired option on the list that has become available.

• The selected entity will open and the Entity Name will be updated on the Navigation Bar.
