Why Use This Function:

The Entity List facilitates management of multiple Practices within the same company by providing quick access to each entity’s information. This ensures efficient switching between practices, accurate record keeping, and streamlined workflows. By enabling seamless navigation between Entities such as General Practitioner and Dental Practices, the function supports consistent administration and enhances overall operational effectiveness.

💡Please Note: Each Practice Number requires a separate entity to be created, except in cases where a group Practice Number is in place.

The Contents of This User Manual:

• Search For An Entity

• This user manual will start on the Dairy screen.

• Click on the Entities drop-down menu.

• The Entity List drop-down will open to display all available options.

💡Please Note: The Entities displayed are determined by the Practice’s configuration, each Practice Number is configured as a separate Entity.

Search For An Entity

Provide a quick and efficient way to locate a specific Practice Entity within the list by typing part or all of the name. This functionality streamlines navigation, minimises scrolling through long lists, and ensures the correct Practice can be accessed promptly.

• Click on the Search for Entity... field and enter the name of the desired Entity
  

• Click on the desired Entity name from the list, and the selected Entity will open.
  

• The Entity Name in the Navigation bar will update to reflect the active Entity.
