Diary Admin to Clinical Information (Desktop App)

The patient label is used to put on the file with the patient demographic information and the procedure that must be done on the patent.

The information on the label can be set up as needed.

• Log in to the GoodX Desktop with your username and password
• Double click on the MedDebs module

• From the taskbar, click on the Admittance button

• The Main Member Input screen will appear, search for the correct debtor

• Click once on the correct debtor
• Click on the Options button

• A sup-menu will open, click on the Label option

• A sup-menu will open, choose Patient detail

• Debtor detail: Only the debtor details will show on the label
• Patient detail: Only the patient's details will show on the labels
• Debtor / Patient detail: The debtor and patient details will show on the label
• The Patient label screen will appear, click on the correct template
• Click on the Print button

• A preview of the label will appear, click on the Print button(Again) to print the label.

• Click on the Close button

• Click on the Exit button to exit the screen
