The legend explains the colors and what the purpose of each color is.

• Log in to the GoodX Desktop App with your username and password
• Double click on the Diary module

• From the navigation bar, click once on System options

• From the drop-down, click on Status colors

• A Legend screen will open up

• Symbols: The pictures that will show in the diary for the specific appointments
• Walk-In: The little man is the symbol for walk-in patients
• Emergency: The Ambulance is the symbol for emergency patients
• Theatre: The heart is the symbol for patients that is in theatre
• Outstanding Debtor Balance: The car with the siren light is for debtors with outstanding balances

NB: Each booking status has a different color to make it easier to see the different booking types on the Diary. You can change the booking status colours in the diary. Click here to enable the booking colours

• Click on the arrows to page through the different booking statuses. The right arrow is to go to the next page. The left arrow is to go back to the previous page.

• Click on the Ok button when you are done to go back to the Diary
