Medical Certificate (Sick Note)
PLEASE NOTE: That if the Sick Note has not been set up yet you need to send a mail to help@goodx.co.za with your Sick Note in a Word Format for us to set it up.
- From the MedDebs Admittance screen search for the Patient, right-click and choose Patient clinical information.
- Click on Clinical Reports
- Add a report
- Click on this icon
- Choose the type of sick note that you want and double click
- Choose your dates
- Click on "Save Note"
- Click on this button
- Choose the Sick Note Template
