Diary Admin to Clinical Information (Desktop App)

• The purpose of Diary Statuses is to show the Patients current flow in the practice. 
  
• For eg., If the Patient arrives at the Practice you "Arrive" the Patient. Immediately the "Status" of the Patient changed from Booked to Arrived. Every status will also have a unique "Colour".

How to access Diary Statuses from the Diary:

• On the Diary screen, on the Taskbar click on System Options >> Status Colours.
  

• The following "Legend" will open with all the different "Symbols" and "Colour".

• You can also click on the Arrows to see more Statuses.

• The following Appointments in the Diary have different "Statuses". You can see this in their different Colours and Symbols.

Police Symbol changes available in version 8.0:

• The Police Symbol: Outstanding Debtor Balance that appears when a Patient is booked and there is an outstanding amount can be set to appear when a certain Category or Age is selected. 
• You can set up this function in Supervisor.
• Click on System Options.

• Click on Diary.
• Outstanding amounts Category: You can select what outstanding amounts need to reflect on the Diary when a Debtor / Patient is booked.
• Display Outstanding amount on Age: You can select until what age the amounts should reflect - 30 days, 60 days, 90 days +.

• Click on Save when options selected.
• Exit to Close.
