Diary Admin to Clinical Information (Desktop App)

The purpose of this function is to add Insurance agents

• Log into the GoodX Desktop App with your username and password
• Double click on the MedDebs module

• From the menu bar, click on the Lists menu

• From the drop-down, click Insurance agents

• The Insurance Agents screen will appear, all the insurance agents that were created will appear
• Click on the Plus (+) button to add a new agent

• The Insurance Agent screen will appear

• The following information needs to be completed:
• Code: Enter a code for the new insurance agent
• Name: The insurance agent's name
• Address: The insurance agent's address
• Postal code: The postal code of the address
• Physical Address: The physical address of the insurance agent
• Postal Code: The postal code of the physical address
• VAT number: A value-added tax identification number
• Agent number: The number of registered agents
• Telephone: A telephone number of the insurance agent
• Cellphone number: The agent's cellphone number
• Fax number: A Fax number of the insurance agent
• Contact: Enter the contact number of the insurance agent
• Not all the fields are necessary to be completed. Only the Name, Agent number, and Telephone number
• Click on the Ok button or F2 on your keyboard to save the changes

• Click on the Cancel button to exit without saving

• The new insurance agent will be added to the list

Edit Insurance agent:

• From the Insurance agent screen, click once on the correct insurance agent to edit
• Click once on the upward arrow to start editing

• The Insurance agent information screen will appear, you are allowed to make the correct changes

• Click on the Ok button or F2 on your keyboard to save the changes

• Click on the Cancel button to exit without saving

• To exit the Insurance agent screen, click on the Ok button or F2 on your keyboard

• Or click once on the Cancel button
