Diary Admin to Clinical Information (Desktop App)

A range of appointments can be canceled if the doctor will not be able to be in his rooms, for example, urgent operation in theatre, etc.

• Log in to the GoodX Desktop App with your username and password
• Double click on the Diary module

• From the menu bar, select Appointment options

• From the drop-down, select Cancel a range of appointments

• The Make Appointments screen will appear, complete the correct information

• Complete the following information:
• Dates: Choose the correct dates that you want to delete the appointments for. The selected bookings between From and To will be canceled.
• Times: Choose the correct times of the appointments that need to be deleted. The selected bookings between From and To will be canceled
• Existing appointments: An appointment that is already booked, and already existing on the diary.
• Override: This option will override existing appointments
• Do not override: This option will not override existing appointments
• Ask what to do: A confirmation screen will appear to ask you what you would like to do
• Reason: The reason why you want to delete the appointments
• Day of week: Choose what day of the week the deletion must take place
• Click on the OK button to save the changes

• Click on the Cancel button to exit without saving

• The selected booking times will be canceled and removed from the Diary
