When a patient's appointment on the diary was accidentally marked as Treated, but the treatment was not completed and the patient still needs treatment.
When an invoice is posted for the patient's appointment, the appointment will be marked as treated automatically.
Log in to the GoodX Desktop App with your username and password
Double click on the Diary module
There are two options to mark the booking as Treatment not complete:
From the menu bar
Right-click on the treated booking
Treatment not completed from the menu bar:
From the Diary screen, click once on the Treated booking
From the navigation bar, click once on Appointment
From the drop-down click once on Treatment not complete orclick Ctrl+O on your keyboard
Right-click on the treated booking:
Right-click once on the treated booking
Click once on Patient appointment
Click on Treatment not complete or click Ctrl+O on your keyboard
It will mark the patient booking as Treatment not completed
