Why Use This Function:

Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Settings are the configuration options that allow a Practice’s telephone system to route voice calls through the internet instead of traditional telephone lines.

Correct VoIP Settings ensure that calls are stable, clear, and securely connected to the Practice’s telephone platform. Accurate configuration is essential for reliable call flow, proper routing to departments or extensions, and maintaining call logs and recordings for operational and compliance purposes.

💡Please Note: VoIP Calls are an extra service for which you need to sign up, at an additional fee.
