Observation/Diagnosis Mode

The Observation/Diagnosis Mode is a graphical tool/function for organising all the important information about the Patient's teeth and mouth such as Imperfections, Fillings, and Replacements. The Chart helps in Planning what work needs to be done in the Patient's mouth and giving the Patient an Estimate of the costs related to the Procedures.

Occupational and Demographical History

Occupational and Demographical History allows the Practitioner to record the Patient's employment history and will include both the current employment status and past employment history.  Occupational and Demographical History will give the Practitioner an indication of what might be wrong with the Patient and can advise the Practitioner on what health issues the Patient might be suffering from or be at risk for. For example, is the work environment hazardous and must the Patient wear protective wear e.g. a hard hat or protective goggles to guard against accidents or exposure to harmful conditions.

Operation

The Operation form serves as the digital nerve centre for surgical case management, consolidating every critical variable of a procedure into a single, cohesive record. Designed specifically for the fast-paced operating theatre, it allows staff to instantly log and verify Patient demographics, scheduling logistics, anaesthesia protocols, and regulatory paperwork in real time.

By bringing this information onto a single centralised screen, the system eliminates the need to hunt through multiple platforms or physical files, minimising administrative friction and providing the entire surgical team with a consistent snapshot of the upcoming procedure.

Beyond streamlining coordination, this feature introduces ironclad compliance through built-in checkpoints for mandatory attachments, such as signed Patient consent forms and clinical authorisations. In a theatre environment, a missing signature is a massive legal and safety risk. Embedding these crucial verifications directly into the digital workflow guarantees that no Patient enters surgery without proper, legally binding authorisation.

Operation History Panel

The Operation History Panel provides a structured record of all previous medical procedures undergone by the Patient.
