Fair Presentation

Fair presentation requires representation which is faithful within accordance to the Companies Act, the Financial board of South Africa, as well as the GAAP. All presentations made within the financial sector needs to be fair, deviations are only allowed with exceptional cases and must always be approved by the GAAP.
