First In First Out. 

The item you bought first will be sold to a patient first against the price you bought it for.

If you had purchased three items, the first purchase will be used first before the second and third purchased items will be used.

The end result after all the corrections or stock take adjustments have been posted. 

The Final Result report shows the big picture of what the system record will look like after posting the Stocktake.
