The General User Entity Settings include all the configurations linked directly to the User and how their Diary is displayed. You can customise the User’s access to features on the Diary sidebar and define what information is shown on the booking line. You can also configure their VoIP settings and specify whether they are allowed to receive incoming calls, etc.

All these settings apply specifically to what the User can access and manage on an Entity level.
