Case Types
The Case Type can be set-up according to the needs of the Hospital. Reports can be drawn on the Case Types and can be filtered on.
- Log in to the GoodX Web App with your username and password.
- From the Diary, click once on the appointment made.

- On the right-hand side, on the side panel, click once on the New Hospital Case button.

- The Hospital Case screen will appear.

- Complete the following information:
- Treating Doctor: Search for the correct doctor that will be treating the patient.
Admission Date: The date that the patient is admitted to the hospital. - Admission Date: The date that the patient is admitted to the hospital.
- Case Type:
- Normal: When a patient is being admitted.
- Out-patient: The Patient is not admitted into the hospital, The Out-Patient is normally Casualty Cases.
- Patient Status:
- In Hospital: The patient is admitted into the hospital.
- Discharged: The patient is discharged from the hospital.
- Transferred: The patient was transferred to another hospital.
- Deceased: The patient passed away.
- Case Status:
- Active: The case is currently open and active.
- Pre-admitted: The case was admitted before the original date.
- To be finalized: The case must get final assistance to close the case.
- Finalized: The case is closed.
- Archived: The case is being restored for further use in the future.
- Canceled: The case is canceled.
Staff list:

- Complete the following information:
- Add a new staff member: Search for the correct staff member.
- Description: From the drop-down, you can select the correct description for the staff member.
- Name: Staff members name.
- Practice number: The practice number.
- You can delete the staff member when you click on the red button.

ICD10:

- Search for the correct ICD10 codes, click once on the selected code to be added on the right-hand side.

- Search for the correct CPT4 code, click once on the correct code to be added on the right-hand side.

- From the Create New Admin Event..., you can select options from the drop-down.

- Click once on the option chosen,
- The Note-Workflow event screen will open, type your note.
- Lock: You will be able to lock the note so that nobody can change the notes unless unlocked.
- Collapse All: This button will close the Notepad.
- Click on the Save button when done.

- Your note will appear in the table on the Hospital Case screen.

- Click on the Save button, when you are done with all the information.

- Print Labels: Click on the button to print the case label.
- From the drop-up, you can print a single label.
- Print PDF: You can print the case in PDF format.
- From the drop-up, you can download the case in PDF format.
- Or Email the case to the patient or to another doctor.
- Discharge: When you click on this button you will discharge the patient from the hospital.
