Task Statuses

Entity Settings are set per Entity and not per user to customize the program to the specific needs of the Practice. The entity settings will determine how functions are set up and work per entity.

The purpose of the task status setting is to allow the Practice to set up statuses for their tasks. This will make it easier to manage their tasks. In the task screen, you can also add more columns for statuses if you need to.

   


To access the Settings:

  • From the Diary screen, click on the Settings button in the top right corner.


  • Click on Entity Settings


  • Click on the Task Statuses Panel.
    • Column Name: this is the name of the column and will display as follow in the task screen. The practice can set up their own column names for statuses to their own preference. 
    • Default expanded: This will expand the column by default or keep it closed if not selected/ticked the box.

TAKE NOTE: By default, there will always be two columns on the task screen nl. New and Closed. This cannot be changed or removed from the system. You can then create your own or use the two default columns. 


  • Add: click on the (+) Add button to add a new column for a task status


  • Red (-) button: this will disable the status
  • Blue (+) button: this will add another task status


  • Click on Save to save the new Settings.


  • Click on Close to exit the Settings screen without saving.
