Warehouse Manager - Serviceable

Purpose: The purpose of this function is to set up equipment as a serviceable to keep track/record of when the equipment on-site must be serviced.

Add a New Serviceable

  • Click on Warehouse Manager
  • Click on Serviceables:


  • Click on the add icon


The Serviceable add record will open


  • Complete all the information:
    • Site - The site is a location where the stock is being used
    • Service Company - The company that services the equipment
    • Description - The equipment description/name
    • Model - The specific model of the equipment
    • Serial - The unique number/code for the equipment
    • Contract - The contract of the equipment between the site and the supplier company
    • Expiry Date - Select the expiry date of the Contract. When the contract will expire.
    • Warning Period - The period when the system must warn you that the equipment is due for a service
    • Instrument ID - This is a unique identifier ID if there is multiple types of equipment
  • After all the information was captured, Click on Submit to save.
  • Click on Cancel to cancel the new supplier record and not save. All information that was completed will be lost.

The Serviceable will be added to the list of Serviceables.

Search for a Serviceable

  • To search for a Serviceable in the list, click on the Search bar


  • Start typing in the equipment name to search for the correct serviceable

Edit a Serviceable

  • To edit an existing serviceable, Click on the correct equipment that must be edited
  • Click on the edit icon


The Edit Record screen will open, the information can be changed. Click on Submit after the information was changed and correct.

View a Serviceable information

  • Click on the view icon:


The View Record screen will open with all the serviceable information.
