Warehouse Manager - Item Groups
Purpose: This will be done when you want to group items of the same type, but different manufacturer.
Add a New Grouping Item
- Click on Warehouse Manager
TAKE NOTE: When adding a new item in Warehouse Manager >> Item >> Add Record, make sure to tick the 'Grouping Item' box.
- Click on Link New Item
- Group Item: Select the group that you want to link the item to
- Linked Item: Select the item type to link in the group
- After all the information was captured, Click on Save to save.
- Click on Cancel to cancel the new record and not save. All information that was completed will be lost.
The Item will be added to the list of the Group Items.
Search for an Item Group
- To search for an item in the list, click on the Search bar
- Start typing in the Item name to search for the correct item
Edit an Item Group
- To edit an existing item group, Click on the correct item that must be edited
- Click on the edit icon
The Edit Record screen will open, the information can be changed. Click on Submit after the information was changed and correct.
