View Booking History

The Booking Movement History Log tracks and logs the entire history of a Patient's booking for the specific day the booking occurred. It captures the movement of the booking from its creation through to its completion, noting any status changes along the way. This history log provides detailed timestamps for each status update, enabling the measurement of the Patient's workflow process duration on that particular day.

  • The contents of this user manual will consist of the following information:
    • Columns
  • This user manual will start on the Diary screen.


  • Double-Click on the desired Booking Slot.


  • The Add/Edit Booking screen will open.


    • Click on the History button.


      • The Booking History screen will open.


        • Tick the Show Only Diffs checkbox to show only the logs where changes occurred.


Please Note: Entries where changes or updates were made, will be highlighted in red.




Columns

All the information on the Booking History screen is divided into Columns to logically group related information together.


  • An explanation will be given for each of the Columns:

    • Date & Time: Date and Time the booking was created.
    • Action: The Type of activity that has triggered.
    • ID:  The automatically generated system Identification Number for the action.
    • User: The User that created the booking.
    • Diary: The Diary on which the booking was created.
    • Time: The Date and Time the booking was scheduled for.
    • Debtor: The Main Member responsible for the Patient's account.
    • Patient: The Patient for who the booking was created.
    • Treating Doc: The Practitioner assigned to the booking.
    • Service Centre: The location within the Practice where the booking will take place.
    • Type: The Type of booking.
    • Status: The various statuses through which the Patient's booking goes.
    • Invoice Nr: Invoice Number assigned to the booking.
    • Receipt Nr: The number assigned to the booking when a Receipt is generated.
    • Deleted: Advises whether the booking has been removed or not.
