GoodX Software uses a management system that enables GoodX to successfully finalise all the support requests from your hospital. All emails that are sent to help@goodx.co.za are imported into the system and you receive a ticket number. Our client services assistant allocates the requests to the consultant (First Client Liaison - FCL) that is allocated to your hospital.

The FCL that is allocated to your hosptital takes ownership of your hospital's needs regarding your GoodX software and he or she will make sure that your support requests are dealt with as soon as possible. You are always welcome to contact your FCL via help@goodx.co.za or in case of emergency, to phone GoodX at 010 286 0802 for support.

At GoodX we work together as a team. This means that we have a whole group of qualified people that will assist you so that your support requests are successfully finalised. In case your FCL is not available to assist you, one of the colleagues will be available.
