GoodX Manage for Medical

After the year-end, the system will not allow you to log in with the current financial year's date until you perform the Year-End Procedure on the system. The user needs to post all the transactions of the previous financial year to perform the financial year-end and before they can start posting transactions of the new financial year period.

In previous versions, the user was allowed to change the login date after the year-end was done on the entity to still post invoices for the previous financial year-end. The system changes the date by default to the current date.

• The contents of this User Manual will consist of the following information:
  
• Login screen before financial year-end.
• Login screen after financial year-end.

Login screen before financial year-end:

• The system will automatically change the date to the last day of the previous financial year. The user cannot log in to the new financial year until the year-end has been completed.

• Choose the correct information:
• Company: The list of all the companies/entities or practices on your installment will show in the drop-down, the user is allowed to choose the correct company they want to work on. The user's access to the system will determine whether they are allowed to log in to the entity or not or whether they are allowed to choose a company to log in to or not.
• Username: The user is the person that will log in to the system. It can be any user that has log-in details to the entities or access to the practice/hospital's GoodX system.
• Password: The user's password that they use to log in to the system.
• Date: The user won't be able to change the date before their financial year-end hasn't been done. The date will stay on the last day of the previous year-end.
• Language: The user has the option to choose from Afrikaans or English. Take note, the language will only change in the entity that the user selected.
• Complete all transactions for the previous financial year and do a year-end on your system.

Login screen after financial year-end:

• Notice that the date will by default be today's date and that the user will be able to change the date.
